Nonexclusive franchise license to use the 'JFE' and 'Snow Fox' trademarks, trade names and system to operate a quick service sushi bar located as a department within supermarkets, grocery stores, and other facilities, with option to sell pre-packaged sushi and related products through a retail self-service station from a separate satellite unit.
